Shock Test Services is led by Andrey Trabsky, a principal-level battery test engineer with more than 15 years of engineering experience.

I help battery, EV, aerospace, energy-storage, and advanced-technology teams design validation strategies, launch and improve laboratories, automate test equipment, and turn complex data into clear engineering decisions.

My work bridges hardware, controls, software, laboratory operations, and technical leadership. This cross-disciplinary perspective helps me identify both the engineering problem and the process issue behind it.

I provide independent technical reviews, vendor-neutral equipment and architecture recommendations, hands-on troubleshooting, and clear communication for engineering teams and decision-makers.

My experience includes cell, module, and pack test planning; life-cycle, performance, reliability, and environmental testing; lab architecture, safety, workflow, capacity planning, and commissioning; AVL Lynx, cycler, chamber, DAQ, and BMS integration; CAN, UDS, XCP, Modbus, RS-485, dashboards, reporting, and data pipelines.

Typical engagements include technical advisory, laboratory audits, validation plans, equipment selection, automation architecture, failure investigations, and training workshops.

I am available for remote consulting, trainings and selected on-site engagements in the United States.
